Shipping
US domestic shipping
Due to our vast offerings, all ceramics are made upon order. Depending on the time of year Most orders will ship 10 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS from the date the order is processed. Large orders, complex pieces, etc.. may take a few days longer. If you need your items prior to this, please reach out to us and we will do our best to fulfill your order sooner. Total shipments weighing under 1 LB will be shipped using USPS First Class, most orders over 1 LB will be shipped USPS Priority. Items that are eligible to be shipped through USPS Media Mail will be shipped using that service. On some larger/heavier items UPS Ground shipping or FedEx will be used.
International shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. If you are international and still interested in purchasing from Affinity Studio, please reach out to me via email and we can discuss the possibility of international shipping.
Returns
3 Days to Request Return
There are no returns on any custom items. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each item is unique with individual differences in color and size. My ceramics are hand built, never symmetrical, and meant to be a little raw. Slight variations from the online image are to be expected. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 3 days of it's arrival to discuss the issue.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me via email with a photo of the item within 3 days of it's arrival and I will exchange it with a similar item of equal value.
